I run a small food blog on the side and my "recipe archive" is honestly a disaster: a Google Drive folder full of screenshots, a few PDFs I bought from other creators, and notes app entries that only make sense to me. Every time I want to put together something to sell or print, I end up manually reformatting everything from scratch.
Recently I tried a different approach and used a tool that lets you turn recipes into a cookbook automatically, uploading the PDFs and photos as-is. It kept the recipe text untouched and just handled the layout and category sorting, which saved a huge chunk of the manual work I usually dread.
Curious what everyone else here does. Do you have a system for keeping recipes organized before they turn into a finished product, or is everyone just winging it with folders like me?
